Question and answer from Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali about his mother's will, 1890
Query addressed to Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali about his mother's bequest, which according to him she had requested to be used for charity and prayers on her behalf. The writer is asking Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali whether she had an executor of the will. On the margin is written [by Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali?] that she had not chosen an executor, but Navvab Mirza Muhammad Husayn had been asked to take care of her will. On the back: "the document in which I inquired from Aqa Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali and he responded that the late mother had not appointed the [his?] brother to execute her will."

Settlement between Mah Sultan and Aqa Mirza Kuchak, 1928
Hajiyah Bibi [Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum Mah Sultan], the wife of the late Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, has transferred all of her belongings to Aqa Mirza Kuchak, the son of her daughter, a descendent of the late Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, in exchange for one-fourth of a rupee, with two conditions: first, that Hajiyah Bibi retains the right to spend these belongings for the next twenty lunar years; second, that after Hajiyah Bibi's death, Aqa Mirza Kuchak spend five hundred rupees for her funeral and charity in addition to hiring someone to fast and pray on her behalf.

Gawhari Khanum's will, 1923
Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. ‘Ali Akbar's will, 1892
Two copies of the will, one written on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice. ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Haji Muhammad Ganjah, a Russian national, assigns his brothers, Mashhadi Haj Baba and Mashhadi Najaf, as the executors of his will. Mashhadi Habib's will, 1921
Mashhadi Habib, the son of the late Husayn ‘Amu, appoints his younger brother, Ni‘mat, as the executor of his will and Karbalayi ‘Askar, the son of ‘Ali Pasha, as the overseer while he [Mashhadi Habib] travels to Karbalaʼ. They are responsible for giving ten mans [unit of area] of his share of a garden to his wife, Munavvar, as her mahr. A third of his belongings should be in Ni‘mat's hands for use on khums, the payment of his debts, ta‘ziyah, and charity.

Will of Gawhar Khanum, 1905
The will of Gawhar Khanum, wife of the late Haj Habib. The will specifies that a trustworthy person is paid three hundred tumans to go on Hajj on her behalf, one hundred and forty tumans for someone to perform forty-one years' worth of prayers for her and to fast for forty-one months on her behalf, and sixty tumans for her funeral expenses. Gawhar Khanum advises that her son, Muʻtamad al-Sultan Muhammad Husayn Iqbal-i Divan, should supervise the affairs.
